Terms of Use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms govern the use of Gamealia, a web games portal operated by Cetin, based in the Argentine Republic ("Gamealia", "we", "us"). By using the portal you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Part A applies to everyone. Part B also applies to anyone who publishes games.

A. For everyone

1. The service

Gamealia lets you play, in your browser, games made by independent developers. It is free and funded by ads. You can play without an account; an optional account adds cloud saves, history across your devices, friends and multiplayer rooms.

We may change, add or remove features and games, or interrupt the service in whole or in part, at any time. We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

2. Age

The portal is for general audiences, but it is meant for people 13 or older. To create an account you must be at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (for example up to 16 in some European Economic Area countries), or have the permission of your parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. To be a developer you must be of legal age (see B.1).

3. Your account

  • Your account is created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
  • Other players can see your username, picture and friend code. Do not use your account to pretend to be someone else.
  • You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Rules of conduct

You may not:

  • cheat in ways that harm other players, exploit bugs in the portal, or manipulate votes, statistics or ads (for example by generating fake visits or clicks);
  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against other people, in rooms, voice chats, statuses or names;
  • access systems, accounts or data without permission, or try to break the games' isolation;
  • use bots, scrapers or automated requests that overload the service, or copy the catalog or the games to publish them elsewhere;
  • use the service for anything illegal or to distribute malware.

We may suspend or close accounts, remove content or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Games are made by third parties

  • Each game is published by its developer, who is responsible for its content and how it works. We review every version before it goes live (automated tests and a human review), but we cannot guarantee that a game is bug-free or suitable for every person.
  • Games run isolated, from another domain, and may use the microphone or camera only if they declared it and we approved it; you can always refuse the permission in your browser.
  • A game's multiplayer servers and voice chat services belong to its developer or to third parties the developer chose. What you say or share there is your responsibility, and what those servers do with your data is the developer's.
  • If a game or a player breaks these terms or the law, tell us at [email protected].

6. Ads

The portal shows Google AdSense ads before, during and beside games, and rewarded ads you choose to watch. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; we do not endorse the products advertised. Do not use blockers in ways that break the games; if an ad does not load, the game carries on. More in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The portal (its design, code, brand and texts) belongs to Gamealia. Each game, with its graphics, sounds and texts, belongs to its developer or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the portal and play the games on it, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, download for redistribution, modify or resell the portal or the games, unless the law allows it or the owner authorizes it.

If you believe something published on Gamealia infringes your copyright or trademark, write to [email protected] with the work, the link to the content and your contact details. We will review it and, where appropriate, take it down.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the service or the games will work without interruption, be safe for every device or keep your saves forever (we recommend not relying on a single save).

To the extent the law allows, Gamealia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or the content or conduct of games, developers, advertisers or other players. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection laws give you (in Argentina, Law 24,240) or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users or the service. Where reasonable, we will let you know and tell you why. You can stop using Gamealia at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will announce it on the portal or by email before it takes effect; if you keep using the service afterwards, you accept it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the laws of your country of residence give you, including bringing a claim before the courts where you live.

B. For developers

This part applies if you create a developer account, are a member of one or publish games on Gamealia. It adds to part A. By creating the account you accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.

B.1 Who can publish

You must be of legal age in your country and able to receive payments legally. If you act for a company, the account belongs to the company. The account's details, including tax and payout details, must be true and kept up to date.

B.2 Accounts and teams

  • A developer account can be individual or business and have several members with roles: owner, admin, developer and finance. Each role has different permissions (see Accounts and teams).
  • The owner is responsible for the account and for what its members do. Important actions are recorded in an audit log.
  • API keys and access from the command line or AI tools act on behalf of the account: keep them secret and revoke them if they leak.
  • Earnings and the balance belong to the account, not to its members.

B.3 Uploading games and license

  • You confirm that you made the game or hold all the rights needed (code, graphics, music, fonts, trademarks) to publish it and monetize it with ads.
  • You keep ownership of your games. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, sublicensable to our infrastructure providers, to host, copy, run, display, distribute and promote the game and its listing (title, texts, images, screenshots) on Gamealia, its apps and its promotional channels, and to show ads in it, while the game is published and for the reasonable time it takes to remove it.
  • You also allow us to adapt the listing (for example machine-translating the texts, cropping or resizing images) and to analyze the code to review it.
  • You can unpublish or delete your games whenever you want from the developer portal. Players may keep seeing a game for a short while because of cached copies.

B.4 Review and content rules

  • Every version passes an automated autotest and a human review before it goes live. We may approve, ask for changes or reject a version, at our discretion.
  • Games must meet the game requirements. In particular: content suitable for all ages (no sexual content, extreme graphic violence, hate or adult content); an honest listing; no external ads, trackers, third-party analytics, crypto mining, obfuscated code or real-money purchases; guests must always be able to play; and you must declare your own servers and any microphone or camera permission, with a justification.
  • Your servers and the services you use (multiplayer, voice chat) are your responsibility: you must handle players' data lawfully and only to run the game, and never try to identify a player by combining the per-game identifier with other data.
  • We may reject, unpublish, hide or block a game, or suspend or close an account, if it breaks these terms or the law, if we receive a well-founded complaint, if it puts players, the service or our ad account at risk, or if we detect fraud. Where reasonable, we will let you know and tell you why.

B.5 Ad revenue

  • If you turn ads on for a game, you receive 50% of the net ad revenue that Google AdSense actually pays Gamealia for that game, unless we agree in writing on a different share for your account or for a game. Ads are handled only by the portal, through the Gamealia SDK.
  • Launch program: if your account's first game is published (approved) on or before December 31, 2026, your account receives 70% of the net ad revenue of all its games, including the ones you publish later, until June 30, 2027 inclusive (by calendar month: every month that starts within that period counts). From July 2027 the general share applies. A share agreed in writing for your account or a game replaces the program's.
  • Revenue is measured per game with its own AdSense channel; for a game without a channel, its part of the revenue without a channel is worked out from the ads the portal counted in each game. Every day we show an estimate; when Google closes and pays the month, we record the confirmed amount, which may differ (for example because of Google's adjustments or invalid traffic). Only confirmed amounts count toward your balance. If Google does not pay Gamealia for a period or a game, no balance accrues for that period or game.
  • You earn nothing from invalid or fraudulent traffic (clicks or visits generated artificially, incentivized or by bots). We may deduct, withhold or offset affected amounts and, in serious cases, close the account without paying the amounts tied to the fraud.
  • The platform's figures (statistics, estimates and ledger) are the reference for the calculation. If you find a mistake, tell us within 90 days.

B.6 Payouts

  • We pay once a month, in US dollars, to accounts whose confirmed balance is at least USD 50. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
  • We pay to the payout method you set (international bank transfer via SWIFT/IBAN, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, or Mercado Pago/CBU in Argentina). If payout or tax details are missing or wrong, the payout may be delayed until they are fixed. Fees charged on the receiving side by your payment provider or bank are yours.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for declaring and paying the taxes due on your earnings. You must enter your tax details and keep them up to date. If the law requires us to withhold taxes or ask for more documents, we will do so and let you know.
  • If you close your account with a balance, or we close it for reasons other than fraud, we pay the confirmed balance in the next payout cycle, even if it is below the minimum, provided we have valid payout details.

B.7 Developer responsibility

You are responsible to Gamealia for third-party claims arising from your games, your servers or breaches of these terms (for example copyright infringement or misuse of player data), and you will hold us harmless from them to the extent the law allows.

B.8 Ending the relationship

You can delete your developer account from the portal when it has no games and no pending balance. We may end the relationship with reasonable prior notice, or immediately in the cases in section B.4. When it ends, we remove your games from the catalog; the sections on the license (for the time it takes to remove them), pending payouts, responsibility and governing law survive.
